以PW2000系列发动机燃油控制单元为研究对象,基于维修现场收集到的该部件历史寿命数据,使用可靠性分析软件Weibull++进行寿命数据分布类型平均拟合度计算,确定样本数据总体符合三参数威布尔分布[1]。利用非线性秩回归(NLRR)方法估算出寿命分布函数的相关参数及特征方程,完成该部件的可靠性分析,为维修计划的调整提供必要的理论依据。
Taking the PW2000 series engine fuel control unit as the research object, based on the historical life data of the parts collected at the maintenance site, the reliability analysis software Weibull ++ was used to calculate the average fitting degree of the life data distribution types, and the sample data were generally in accordance with the three-parameter Weibull distribution [1]. Nonlinear rank regression (NLRR) method is used to estimate the relevant parameters and characteristic equation of life distribution function, and the reliability analysis of the component is completed, which provides the necessary theoretical basis for the adjustment of maintenance plan.
