根据都江堰、绵竹、茂县、江油、彭州、成都、崇州等地震灾区共87幢多层钢筋混凝土框架结构房屋的震害资料,按房屋所在地不同的地震动峰值加速度分类,对该类房屋的震害进行了统计分析。根据统计数据,得出了框架结构房屋的抗震薄弱部位,分析了其震害原因。在此基础上,提出了若干改善框架房屋抗震性能的措施,可为今后框架结构房屋的设计和施工提供参考。
