随着国内社会与科学的飞速发展,人才是当今市场竞争的主体,而人事档案承载着人才的重要信息,可见它的重要意义。而且一般事业单位的人事档案都是在管理职员时形成的,它是以每一名员工为个体单位进行集中保存的一种特殊的档案,是对每一个员工最为全面的考察与了解的一份资料,是进行人事工作安排的主要依据,而且,人事档案管理是进行人事管理工作中的一项重要组成部分,档案的好坏直接影响到事业单位以及个体员工的工作质量与效率,在近年来我国不断的加大对人事制度改革的力度,对事业单位中的人事档案越来越重视,然而某些事业单位中仍然存在着对人事档案不够重视等一些十分严重的问题,本文作者从事业单位人事档案的实际管理出发,指出目前人事档案管理工作中存在的一些问题与不足,并进一步探讨新时期下如何解决这些人事档案管理工作中的问题,更好的提高人事档案的利用效率。
With the rapid development of social and science in China, talent is the main body of competition in the market today. However, the personnel file carries important information about talents and shows its significance. And general public service personnel files are formed when the management staff, it is a unit for each employee for centralized preservation of a special file, is the most comprehensive survey of every employee and understanding of a Data, is the main basis for personnel arrangements, and personnel records management is an important part of the personnel management work, the file directly affects the quality and efficiency of institutions and individual employees work in recent years China has continuously stepped up the reform on the personnel system and attached more and more attention to the personnel files in the public institutions. However, some institutions still have some serious problems such as inadequate attention to the personnel files. In this paper, Based on the actual management of personnel files, this paper points out some problems and shortcomings in current personnel file management and further explores how to solve the problems in these personnel files management in the new era and improve the utilization efficiency of personnel files.
