顺序成形模锻法在理论和实践上都具有技术上的可行性、质量上的可靠性和经济上的合理性。通过介绍顺序成形模锻法的概念、特点和应用实例可知:顺序成形模锻法实现了从预锻(或预成形或制坯)到模锻终锻的金属成形顺序由传统的同步性独立成形转变为具有优化成形顺序的非同步性成形,锻件难变形区最小,锻造工艺性最好,“成形”和“改性”效果最好,质量稳定性最好,锻造效率最高和锻模使用寿命最高,达到了优质、高效和低耗的效果。
