近期我学习了《上海市教育委员会关于进一步规范幼儿园保教工作的实施意见》,其中主要介绍了幼儿园保教工作目标、具体工作举措和工作要求,提出保教活动的质量应体现在一日生活的各个环节和师幼互动的全过程之中,强调了师幼互动对幼儿发展的重要性。作为一名新教师,我的育儿经验并不多,如何面对班上的每一个孩子,做好该做的每一项工作,我觉得必须认真体会这些工作要求的具体含义,同时还要在实践中用心
