为探讨低功率CO_2激光治疗的安全性,我们用临床最大治疗量照射小白鼠和家兔进行观察。结果如下:小白鼠照射组的血清IgG含量和胸腺、脾脏重量与对照组相比无明显差异;测定家兔照射前后的植物血凝素皮试反应亦无明显差异,家兔照射后皮肤切片病理组织学所见为非特异性炎症反应及毛囊增生。炎症反应以照射后24小时最为明显,72小时后逐渐消退。上述结果表明CO_2激光照射对机体无不良影响,且有刺激毛囊增生的作用。
To investigate the safety of low-power CO 2 laser treatment, we observed mice and rabbits irradiated with the largest clinical therapeutic dose. The results are as follows: The serum IgG content and the thymus and spleen weight of the mice irradiated group had no significant difference compared with the control group; there was no significant difference in the determination of the lectin skin test response before and after irradiation in rabbits, and the pathological section of the skin after irradiation in rabbits. Histological findings are non-specific inflammatory responses and hair follicle hyperplasia. The inflammatory response was most pronounced 24 hours after irradiation and gradually subsided after 72 hours. The above results show that CO 2 laser irradiation has no adverse effects on the body and has the effect of stimulating hair follicle proliferation.
