电力作为国民经济的基础性产业,没有显见的竞争者,电力行业天然国家垄断。随着市场经济的发展,打破垄断,引入竞争,实行电力市场化改革,电力企业作为市场主体参与市场竞争已成为社会主义市场经济发展的必然趋势。全文通过对电力企业建立“以客户为中心”的销售策略研究,希望借此研究,让电力企业提高核心竞争力,应对创先改革需要,促进企业持续健康发展。
Electricity as a basic industry of national economy, there is no obvious competitor, natural monopoly power industry. With the development of market economy, breaking the monopoly, introducing competition, implementing the electricity market reform, and participating in the market competition as the main power of the power enterprises have become the inevitable trend of the development of the socialist market economy.
