国家同步辐射实验室(NSRL)现已装备一台6 Tesla单周期超导Wiggler,把合肥同步辐射光源的可用范围从VUV延伸到X射线,以满足部分X射线用户的实验要求。Wiggler光源将引出三条光束线:现已建成并运行了的XAFS(X-ray absorption fine structure)光束线,正在建设的X射线衍射和散射光束线和LIGA光束线。本文主要介绍XAFS光束线实验站的真空控制系统及可编程控制器PC(Programmable Controller)在该控制系统改造中的应用。
The National Synchrotron Radiation Facility (NSRL) is now equipped with a 6 Tesla single-cycle superconducting Wiggler that extends the available range of Hefei synchrotron radiation sources from VUV to X-ray to meet the experimental requirements of some X-ray users. The Wiggler light source will lead to three beamlines: the X-ray absorption fine structure (XAFS) beamline, the X-ray diffraction and scattered beamline, and the LIGA beamline currently under construction. This article mainly introduces the vacuum control system of XAFS beamline experiment station and the application of Programmable Controller (PC) in the reform of control system.
