众所周知,在高校中要想收集到大量的文献资料,就必须去图书馆,由此可见高校图书馆在学生学习以及发展中的重要意义,它服务的对象不仅包括高校的教研人员,还包括管理工作者以及学生。值得重视的是,目前我国高校图书馆服务中还存在诸多问题,为有效解决这些问题,学校相关管理者做了大量尝试,但见效甚微。那么,高校要如何做好服务工作、如何解决新时期高校图书馆服务中存在的问题呢?显而易见,仅仅只靠一张行政命令是行不通的,它需要工作人员的不断努力,真正意义上的实现服务的人性化。
