目的研究骨髓基质细胞对关节软骨缺损的修复效果。方法抽取兔骨髓基质细胞在体外扩增,将其混合于II型胶原凝胶内,再植入体内,观察其对兔膝关节软骨缺损的修复效果。结果软骨缺损由类似于透明软骨的组织修复,3个月后未见软骨退变。结论骨髓基质细胞对关节软骨具有修复能力,可望成为临床上修复关节软骨的新方法。
Objective To study the effect of bone marrow stromal cells on the repair of articular cartilage defects. Methods Rabbit bone marrow stromal cells were isolated and expanded in vitro. The cells were mixed with type II collagen gel and re-implanted into the body. The repair effect on rabbit articular cartilage defect was observed. Results Cartilage defects were repaired by tissue similar to hyaline cartilage, with no cartilage degeneration after 3 months. Conclusion Bone marrow stromal cells have the ability to repair articular cartilage, which is expected to become a new method for clinical repair of articular cartilage.
