目的 考察川芎、当归与四物汤中其它两味药组合构成的 12种样本药物中阿魏酸含量的变化。方法 反相高效液相色谱法进行测定。结果 当归、川芎单味药阿魏酸煎出量分别为 0 .5 18,1.2 15mg·g- 1 ;加其它药味合煎后 ,阿魏酸煎出量为 0 .375~ 1.76 1mg·g- 1 。结论 川芎与当归合煎 ,阿魏酸的煎出量有一定的加合性 ;加入地黄或白芍后 ,阿魏酸煎出量降低 ;四物汤中阿魏酸的煎出量在各样本药物中居中
Objective To investigate the changes of ferulic acid content in 12 kinds of sample medicines composed of Chuanxiong, Danggui and Siwutang combined with other two herbs. Methods Determination by reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography. Results The amount of ferulic acid in Angelica sinensis and Rhizoma Chuanxiong was 0. 5 18 and 1.2 15 mg·g - 1 , respectively. After adding other herbs, fructose was 0.375~ 1.76 1mg·g-. 1 . [Conclusion] Chuanxiong and Angelica co-fried together, and the ferulic acid decocted amount had certain addition. After adding rehmannia glutinosa or peony, the amount of ferulic acid decocted decreased; the decocting amount of ferulic acid in Siwu decoction was in each sample. Medication centered
