我国已进入信息化技术快速发展的时代,传统的纸质档案已无法满足大数据时代的需求,高校人事档案管理也应逐渐向电子档案发展,信息化是其发展的必由之路。本文分别从高校人事档案信息化背景、管理系统和特点三个方面进行了详细介绍,并分析了大数据时代高校人事档案建设中存在的问题,提出了相应的对策。
Our country has entered the era of rapid development of information technology. The traditional paper archives have been unable to meet the needs of the era of big data. The management of personnel files in colleges and universities should also gradually develop to electronic archives. Informationization is the only way for its development. This paper introduces the background, management system and characteristics of personnel files of colleges and universities from three aspects, and analyzes the existing problems in the personnel files construction of colleges and universities in the era of big data, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
