通过连续循环伏安法在含3.15×10-4 mol.L-1中性红单体和0.1 mol.L-1[HEMIm][BF4]离子液体的磷酸缓冲溶液中得到离子液体掺杂的中性红修饰电极.将该修饰电极置于磷酸缓冲溶液中可观察到一对氧化还原峰,其阴极峰电位和阳极峰电位分别位于-0.593 9 V和-0.464 9 V(versus SCE).进一步研究发现,该修饰电极的氧化峰对过氧化氢的电化学行为表现出良好的阻抑作用.据此,建立测定过氧化氢的阻抑电化学新方法,线性范围为0-2.73×10-8 mol.L-1,方法检出限为1.11×10-8 mol.L-1.
The ionic liquid-doped medium was obtained by continuous cyclic voltammetry in phosphate buffered solution containing 3.15 × 10-4 mol·L-1 neutral red monomer and 0.1 mol·L-1 [HEMIm] [BF4] Red-modified electrode.The redox potential of the modified electrode was observed in a phosphate buffer solution with the cathodic peak potential and anodic peak potential at -0.593 9 V and -0.464 9 V (versus SCE), respectively.Further study It was found that the oxidation peak of the modified electrode showed a good inhibitory effect on the electrochemical behavior of hydrogen peroxide.Accordingly, a new electrochemical method for the determination of hydrogen peroxide was established, with a linear range of 0-2.73 × 10-8 mol.L-1, the detection limit of the method was 1.11 × 10-8 mol.L-1.
