目的研究新疆阿魏树脂的化学成分。方法利用硅胶、ODS柱色谱、HPLC色谱及反复重结晶等方法进行分离纯化,根据理化性质及波谱分析对分离得到的化合物进行结构鉴定。结果分离得到6个化合物,分别鉴定为7-羟基香豆素(1)、香草醛(2)、松柏醛(3)、3-(3,4-二甲氧基苯基)-2-丙烯醛(4)、阿魏酸(5)和β-谷甾醇(6)。结论化合物3、4均为首次从该属植物中分离得到,化合物2为首次从新疆阿魏中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical composition of Xinjiang Wei resin. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel, ODS column chromatography, HPLC and repeated recrystallization. The structures of the isolated compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral analysis. Results Six compounds were isolated and identified as 7-hydroxycoumarin (1), vanillin (2), coniferyl aldehyde (3), 3- (3,4-dimethoxyphenyl) Aldehyde (4), ferulic acid (5) and β-sitosterol (6). CONCLUSION Compounds 3 and 4 were isolated from this genus for the first time. Compound 2 was isolated from Xinjiang genus for the first time.
