针对大型全地面起重机用转盘轴承特殊的工况条件和使用要求,对大型全地面起重机用转盘轴承结构类型进行分析对比。结果表明在安装空间受限条件下,采用六排滚子结构能获得较大的承载能力,可满足大型全地面起重机的工作要求。为大型全地面起重机用转盘轴承的设计及选型提供了参考。
In view of the special working conditions and requirements of the turntable bearing for the large all-terrain crane, the structure type of the turntable bearing for the large all-terrain crane is analyzed and compared. The results show that under the condition of limited installation space, the six-row roller structure can obtain a larger carrying capacity to meet the working requirements of large all-terrain cranes. For large all terrain crane turntable bearing design and selection provides a reference.
