《泉州晚报》大厦的后面,有一栋楼房,几年前,那里本是个游泳馆;多年前,泉州晚报社建起了这个游泳馆,目的除了服务职工外,也想赚些钱。后来,就把这个游泳馆承包出去,每年20万的承包费,但是最后承包人几年不交承包费,理由是设备老旧;但如果更换设备,收来的承包费还不够。于是,就把它关了。现在成为写字楼,一年租金500万,是净利润,还没有政策风险。《泉州晚报》社长叶燕民认为,风险意识应成为报业多元化经营的首要。先管住风险,再锁定收益。报社是伤不起的,赚了一亿,大家觉得不多;但是如果亏了一千万,报社可能就会倒闭。《泉州晚报》是较早进行多种经营的报社,现在广告与非报产业的比重是6比4。可以看出,叶燕民社长说的那句话,是这么多年《泉州晚报》多元化尝试的经验总结。房地产业是这几年来,各报积极努力推进的产业,而且,大部分报社的房地产项目都运行得很好,给报社带来大量的现金流。但这是建立在我国房地产业高速发展、房价高企的基础上的,按照现在报业对房地产业的依赖程度,房地产业一旦风吹草动,资金链断裂,将会严重影响报业主业。越是在别人狂热的时候,越应该冷静,对国家经济形势了然于心的报人们更应淡定。本期视点推荐《泉州晚报》副总编彭耕耘对“传媒地产”优劣势、风险、前景的全面剖析文章。 “Quanzhou Evening News” behind the building, there is a building, a few years ago, where this is a swimming pool; years ago, Quanzhou Evening News built this swimming pool, the purpose in addition to service workers, but also want to make some money.
