[目的]探讨不同种源栓皮栎种子各性状的变异。[方法]通过收集和测量来自栓皮栎自然分布区的北京、安徽、陕西、河北、山东、河南、云南、湖南等8个省15个地理种源的种子,运用SPSS 18.0软件对栓皮栎种宽、种长、种子长宽比、单果重等性状进行统计分析。[结果]不同种源栓皮栎的种长、种宽、种子长宽比、单果重等性状差异均达到极显著水平(P<0.01);种宽和单果重与种子长宽比呈极显著负相关(P<0.01),其中种宽与单果重间呈极显著正相关(P<0.01);种长与单果重呈显著正相关(P<0.05);而种子其他性状间均未达显著性相关水平(P≥0.05);单果重与经度呈显著正相关(P<0.05),其他生态因子与种子性状相关性不显著(P≥0.05);聚类分析显示15个种源的栓皮栎可聚为3类。[结论]栓皮栎不同种源间种子性状存在丰富的变异,栓皮栎种子性状可能受到遗传信息,栽培方法及生态因子的共同影响。
[Objective] The research aimed to discuss the variation of the traits of Quercus variabilis seed from different provenances. [Method] With the collection and measurement of 15 geographic provenances seeds from 8 provinces including Beijing, Anhui, Shaanxi, Hebei, Shandong, Henan, Yunnan and Hunan in the natural distribution area of Quercus variabilis, SPSS 18.0 software was used to measure the seed width of Quercus variabilis , Seed length, seed aspect ratio, single fruit weight and other traits for statistical analysis. [Result] The results showed that the seed length, seed width, seed length-width ratio, single fruit weight and other characters of Quercus variabilis were significantly different (P <0.01). The seed width and fruit weight were significantly negative with the seed aspect ratio (P <0.01). There was a significant positive correlation between seed width and fruit weight (P <0.01), and there was a significant positive correlation between seed length and fruit weight (P <0.05) (P≥0.05). There was a significant positive correlation between single fruit weight and longitude (P <0.05), but no significant correlation between other ecological factors and seed traits (P≥0.05). Cluster analysis showed that 15 provenances of Quercus variabilis Poly into 3 categories. [Conclusion] The seed characters of Quercus variabilis were rich in variation. The seed characters of Quercus variabilis could be influenced by genetic information, cultivation methods and ecological factors.
