随着教学改革的不断深化,特别是随着课堂结构改革的进一步深入发展,人们对体育课中热身部分的教学,不再单纯地为基本部分的主要教材服务,而是其自身同样具有教育、教学的因素。传统的教学课中的准备活动,如慢跑、徒手操等已经远远不能满足教学主体的需要。本文通过文献资料法、观察法、专家访谈法的研究方法对当前体育课热身部分进行调查研究,了解当前体育课热身部分教学存在的一些问题,明确热身部分意义,提出进一步完善体育课热身部分的活动对策。
