鉴于高职院校德育管理面临的问题,开展高职院校隐性德育管理机制的研究,本文通过阐述高职院校隐性德育管理的理论基础和基本特征,以及高职院校隐性德育管理机制框架三方面内容完成相关研究,既能体现隐性德育管理的艺术性和科学性,又为高职院校德育管理模式的推陈出新提供依据,有效解决高职院校德育管理面临的问题。
In view of the problems facing moral education management in higher vocational colleges, this paper studies the hidden moral education management mechanism in higher vocational colleges. By elaborating the theoretical basis and basic characteristics of hidden moral education in higher vocational colleges, Management mechanism framework to complete the relevant three aspects of the study, not only reflects the art of hidden moral education management and scientific, but also provide a basis for innovation of moral education in higher vocational colleges, and effectively solve the problems facing moral education in higher vocational colleges.
