目前,在腐蚀介质中使用的装卸车鹤管的旋转器轴承使用的是钢珠,从长期实践来看,这种设计有明显的不足之处,主要是鹤管当密封有泄漏或加油不及时,旋转器中的钢珠腐蚀严重,使得鹤管转动不灵活,工人的劳动强度大,严重时影响生产。笔者在充分调查研究的基础上,设计了耐腐蚀装卸车鹤管,改变旋转器的结构,旋转器中设置了工业陶瓷滚珠和密封环,使得可以安全长周期稳运行。
