报道了激光二极管泵浦的1.34μmNdYVO4激光器,利用KTP晶体腔内倍频,实现了670nm红光输出。计算了KTP在1.34μm的倍频参数,分析并提出了提高腔内倍频效率的有效途径。
The laser diode pumped 1.34μm NdTeVO4 laser was reported, and the 670nm red light output was achieved by using the KTP crystal intracavity doubling frequency. The frequency doubling parameters of KTP at 1.34μm were calculated, and an effective way to improve the efficiency of intracavity frequency doubling was proposed.
