采用薄膜分散法制备卡培他滨脂质体。采用葡聚糖凝胶Sephadex G-50微柱离心法分离卡培他滨脂质体和游离药物,以HPLC法测定卡培他滨浓度并计算包封率。使用C18色谱柱,以甲醇-水(55∶45)为流动相,检测波长240 nm。结果 3批脂质体的包封率分别为46.2%、45.2%和44.8%。
Capecitabine liposomes were prepared by thin film dispersion method. Capecitabine liposomes and free drugs were separated by Sephadex G-50 microcolumn centrifugation, and the concentration of capecitabine was determined by HPLC. The entrapment efficiency was calculated. Using a C18 column with methanol-water (55:45) as the mobile phase, the detection wavelength was set at 240 nm. Results The encapsulation efficiency of three batches of liposomes were 46.2%, 45.2% and 44.8%, respectively.
