为研究育肥方式对滇南小耳猪脂肪酸含量的影响以生产优质猪肉,按规模化养殖、“吊架子”和“全放养加补饲”等3种育肥方式进行滇南小耳猪育肥试验,测定其背最长肌、背脂、腹脂的脂肪酸含量。结果显示:农村“吊架子”育肥组和“全放养加补饲”育肥组油酸、单不饱和脂肪酸、饱和脂肪酸含量分别比规模化养殖育肥组高2.27%、0.86%、9.19%(P<0.01)和9.46%、9.34%、7.23%(P<0.01),亚油酸、亚麻酸、多不饱和脂肪酸、不饱和脂肪酸含量分别比规模化养殖育肥组低24.30%、83.62%、31.00%、6.90%(P<0.01)和49.65%、71.19%、51.33%、5.41%(P<0.01)。“吊架子”育肥和“全放养加补饲”育肥会导致滇南小耳猪油酸、饱和脂肪酸和单不饱和脂肪酸升高,亚油酸、亚麻酸和多不饱和脂肪酸降低。对滇南小耳猪等地方猪种,在产区条件许可时可适当选用“吊架子”乃至“全放养加补饲”的育肥方式以生产高油酸、低亚油酸的优质保健型猪肉以提高养殖效益。

Pigs and other places in Yunnan small pigs, production areas in the conditions permit may be appropriate to choose “hanging child ” and even “full stock plus feeding ” fattening method to produce high oleic acid, low linoleic acid quality Health-type pork to improve farming efficiency.
