心理契约作为一种主观的心理约定,存在于教学的主体与客体之间。文学鉴赏课程中的师生心理契约具有主观性、内隐性、变动性和非盈利性的特点。构建文学鉴赏课程教学中的和谐心理契约需要构建和谐的师生关系,教师要与学生实现心理相守以及从和谐心理的角度处理文本。
As a kind of subjective psychological contract, psychological contract exists between the subject and the object of teaching. The psychological contract of teachers and students in literature appreciation class has the characteristics of subjectivity, implicitness, changeability and non-profit. Constructing a Harmonious Psychological Contract in Literary Appreciation Course Teaching requires the construction of a harmonious relationship between teachers and students. Teachers should deal with students psychologically and from the perspective of harmonious psychology.
