本文通过44例腭装修复术的临床实践,认为凿断翼钩是不必要的,也许是不对的。提出了保留翼钩的意义及可行性措施。并对腭腱膜的存留问題进行了探讨。 This article through the clinical practice of repair of the palate in 44 cases, that the chisel is not necessary, may not be right.
