米力农 (Ｍｉｌｒｉｎｏｎｅ)是一种新型的非洋地黄类的正性肌力药物 ,它的临床疗效得到充分的肯定 ,但是对其室性心律失常、加速基础心脏病进展及增加死亡率的副作用使临床应用受到限制。本文通过米力农治疗30例老年重度充血性心力衰竭的临床观察 ,观察其临床及心功能的疗效。
