新课程改革十年风雨历程,硕果累累。在取得理想成绩的同时,我们需反思过去改革十年的得与失,寻求课程改革新出路。通过对区域课程改革现象与政策透视,对比分析区域课改的存在性、合理性、可能性和差异性,认为实施区域课程改革是一条可能、必要、合理、恰切的路径。课改政策向区域倾斜,制定区域课改新方案;区域联动互助合作,催生区域课改新理念;校本培训针对区域,彻底解决课改“三课”难等是推进区域性课程改革的具体策略,是整体、持续、有效促进课改均衡发展的有效途径。
