目的:观察马钱子配伍苏木(简称“马苏”)对佐剂性关节炎(AA)大鼠的治疗作用并探讨其机制。方法:马苏不同配比水煎剂连续灌胃给药32 d,游标卡尺测定大鼠两后足足跖厚度;摘取胸腺和脾,计算免疫器官系数;检测血流变和血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、一氧化氮(NO)、丙二醛(MDA)含量,滑膜组织中皮质醇(Cor)和前列腺素E2(PGE2)含量;HE染色法观察滑膜组织病理变化。结果:0.11 g/kg马苏1∶4、1∶6煎剂可明显抑制AA大鼠关节肿胀度,保护滑膜组织和免疫器官,改善血流变、滑膜组织病理变化。结论:马苏煎剂对AA具有防治作用,其作用机制与改善血流变、清除自由基和炎性介质、恢复抗氧化酶活性有关。
Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of Strychnos nux-vomica compatibility Hematoxylin (AM) on the adjuvant arthritis (AA) rats and to explore its mechanism. Methods: Mousse with different proportions of decoction was administered intragastrically for 32 days. The thickness of both plantar and plantar paws of rats were measured by vernier calipers. Thymus and spleen were harvested and the immune organ coefficients were calculated. The changes of blood rheology and serum superoxide dismutase (SOD), nitric oxide (NO), malondialdehyde (MDA) content, synovial tissue Coriin and Prostaglandin E2 (PGE2) content in the synovial tissue. The pathological changes of synovial tissue were observed by HE staining. Results: 0.11 g / kg Mase Su 1: 4,1: 6 decoction can significantly inhibit the swelling of AA rats, protect the synovial tissue and immune organs, improve blood flow, synovial tissue pathology. Conclusion: Ma Su decoction has a preventive and therapeutic effect on AA and its mechanism is related to improving blood rheology, scavenging free radicals and inflammatory mediators, and restoring antioxidant enzyme activity.
