目的了解青岛市淡色库蚊幼虫对4种常用杀虫剂的抗药性现状,为合理选用杀虫剂,指导蚊虫防治提供科学依据。方法采用WHO生物测定方法,测定淡色库蚊幼虫对常用杀虫剂的抗性水平。结果与敏感品系比较,淡色库蚊幼虫对残杀威和敌敌畏抗性为低抗水平,对溴氰菊酯的抗药性为中等水平,对氯氰菊酯呈高抗性。结论青岛市淡色库蚊对4种常用杀虫剂均产生不同程度的抗药性,应采取适当措施克服或延缓蚊虫抗药性的产生和发展。
Objective To understand the resistance status of Culex pipiens pallens larvae to four commonly used insecticides in Qingdao City, and provide a scientific basis for the rational selection of insecticides and the guidance of mosquito control. Methods WHO bioassay method was used to determine the resistance level of Culex pipiens pallens to commonly used insecticides. Results Compared with susceptible strains, the larvae of Culex pipiens pallens had low resistance to propoxur and dichlorvos, moderate resistance to deltamethrin, and high resistance to cypermethrin. Conclusion Culex pipiens pallens have different levels of resistance to four commonly used insecticides, and should take appropriate measures to overcome or delay the emergence and development of mosquito resistance.
