通过过硫酸铵引发丙烯酰胺、丙烯酸丁酯与蔗渣木聚糖接枝共聚,合成了蔗渣木聚糖-丙烯酰胺/丙烯酸丁酯三元接枝共聚物。考察了引发剂浓度、单体配比、反应温度和反应时间对单体转化率(C)、接枝率(G)、接枝效率(GE)的影响。得到较佳的反应条件为:过硫酸铵的浓度为0.043mol.L-1,m(蔗渣木聚糖)∶m(丙烯酰胺)∶m(丙烯酸丁酯)=4∶3∶1,55℃反应7h。用FTIR、SEM和XRD对原料和接枝共聚物结构进行了表征。
Acrylamide, butyl acrylate and bagasse xylan were grafted by ammonium persulfate to synthesize the bagasse xylan-acrylamide / butyl acrylate ternary graft copolymer. The effects of initiator concentration, monomer ratio, reaction temperature and reaction time on the monomer conversion (C), grafting rate (G) and grafting efficiency (GE) were investigated. The optimal reaction conditions were: ammonium persulfate concentration 0.043mol.L-1, m (bagasse xylan): m (acrylamide): m (butyl acrylate) = 4: 3: 1, 55 ℃ Reaction 7h. The structures of the raw materials and graft copolymers were characterized by FTIR, SEM and XRD.
