在企业中,财务部门只是一个职能部门,但是,财务部门与生产部门、人力资源部门等各个部门之间都有经济往来,拥有较为紧密的联系。一旦财务部门与其他部门之间出现不协调或者冲突,不仅会影响部门间的关系,还会对整个企业工作的开展造成影响。本文通过分析企业各部门之间的沟通趋势,从财务部门与其他部门之间沟通存在的障碍,探析了化解财务部门与其他部门之间障碍的有效措施,以期调和财务部门与其他部门之间的关系,促进企业的健康发展。
In the enterprise, the finance department is only a functional department, however, the financial department and the production department, the human resources department and other departments have economic contacts and have closer relations.
