目的构建基于MapX控件和GPS的适用于基层血吸虫病防治部门的地理信息系统(GIS)软件。方法以全区血防工作为平台,每年春季查螺时,使用卫生部统一配发的GPSMAP76型手持式全球定位系统(GPS)采集钉螺环境地理资料;使用江宁区行政区划地图制作电子地图;以Visual Basic为开发平台,基于MapX、MSComm控件和ACCESS数据库软件,集成GPS开发基层血吸虫病防治GIS软件;将电子地图和螺情等资料导入到该系统中。结果利用GPS和GIS开发钉螺分布GIS软件,将现场测量的GPS数据转换到本系统后,能准确地计算出每个有螺环境的面积,方便简捷地打印出各个有螺环境的分布图。设计了日常基层血防资料的录入、管理、统计、分析功能,能形成多种报表。结论此软件适用于基层血吸虫病防治单位,使血吸虫病防治工作中各种信息的采集、储存、查询、分析变得简捷准确。
Objective To construct Geographic Information System (GIS) software based on MapX control and GPS for prevention and treatment of primary schistosomiasis. Methods Taking the blood and disease prevention work of the whole area as a platform, the geospatial data of Oncomelania snails were collected using the GPSMAP76 hand-held global positioning system (GPS) uniformly distributed by the Ministry of Health during the spring snail investigation. The electronic map was created using the Jiangning district administrative divisions map. Basic as a development platform, based on MapX, MSComm control and ACCESS database software, integrated GIS development of primary schistosomiasis control GIS software; the electronic map and snail information into the system. Results Using GPS and GIS to develop snail distribution GIS software, the GPS data of on-the-spot measurements were converted into this system and the area of each snail environment can be calculated accurately to print out the distribution of each snail environment conveniently and simply. Designing daily basic blood-protection data entry, management, statistics, analysis capabilities, can form a variety of statements. Conclusion This software is suitable for the prevention and treatment of primary schistosomiasis units, the prevention and treatment of schistosomiasis in a variety of information collection, storage, query, analysis becomes simple and accurate.
