本文是我们组第一阶段研究工作的小结。文中首先指出以往人们在测量切屑流出角时,由于采用的测量方法欠妥因而得出只存在一个单一的切屑流出角的很不完整的结论。这个概念广为流传,影响了对斜角切削机理的正确认识。事实上,斜角自由切削时,切屑上各点的流出方向是不相同的。文中推导出了一个计算切屑上任意一点的切屑流出角公式,并在各点切屑流出角不相同的基础上,提出了对斜角切削模型的设想。
This article is the summary of the first phase of our research work. The paper first points out that in the past, when measuring the outflow angle of chips, the conclusion that there was only a single chip outflow angle was obtained due to the defect of measurement method adopted. This concept is widely circulated and affects the correct understanding of the bevel cutting mechanism. In fact, free cutting bevel, the chip out of the direction of the outflow of the same. In this paper, a formula for calculating the chip outflow angle at any point on the chip is deduced. Based on the fact that the chip outflow angles are not the same, the concept of the bevel cutting model is proposed.
