采用简单高效的一步多元醇法以FeCl_3·6H_2O为成核控制剂,在低温、静置的条件下成功合成了产量高、形貌尺寸均匀、银线平均长度80~110μm、平均直径为40~80 nm,长径比大于1000的高长径比Ag纳米线。将制得银纳米线通过无水乙醇分散,得到一系列质量体积浓度的银线分散液,利用旋涂装置在PET上制备成膜,得到薄膜方阻仅6Ω/sq、可见光透过率80%左右性能良好的银纳米线透明导电薄膜,并探讨了旋涂层数、旋涂速度对各质量体积浓度薄膜性能的影响。
A simple and efficient one-step polyol method FeCl 3 · 6H 2 O as nucleation control agent was successfully synthesized under low temperature and standing conditions with high yield and uniform size.
