经济新常态下,信息技术与科技创新变革,催生消费新思维的产生。消费新思维与经济发展相融,在一定程度上影响着高端人才的择业创业倾向。笔者在对消费新模式、高端人才择业、创业文献梳理的基础上,运用规范性描述方法,对高端人才就业岗位增多、投入收益不符、虚假信息增多、适龄劳动人口下降的择业创业现状和原因进行了剖析;并基于城市一卡通、信用卡购物、约定消费、网络消费等新型消费方式,分析了消费新思维对高端人才择业创业的积极影响和消极影响,提出要创造多样性就业机会、转变思维实现网络在线招聘、培养高端科技创新型人才、积极鼓励高端人才创业等措施,着力提升高端人才择业创业的成效。
Under the new economic normal, changes in information technology and technological innovation have given birth to new ideas of consumption. Consumption of new ideas and economic integration, to a certain extent, affect the trend of career choice of high-end professionals. On the basis of combing the new mode of consumption, high-end talent selection and entrepreneurial literature, the author uses the normative description method to conduct a survey on the status quo and reasons for the increase of employment of high-end talent, income inequality, increase of false information and decline of working age population And analyzes the positive and negative effects of new consumption thinking on high-end talent-based entrepreneurship based on the new consumption patterns such as city card, shopping by credit card, contractual consumption and online consumption, and proposes to create diversified employment opportunities and change the network of thinking-making To recruit and train high-end innovative talents of science and technology, and actively encourage high-end talents to start their own businesses and other measures, efforts should be made to enhance the effectiveness of high-end professionals in choosing and starting a business.
