目的通过参加国际外部质量控制考核,提高实验室检测能力,确保检测结果的准确性、可重复性和可比性。方法于2013年参加了第四次欧盟产志贺毒素大肠埃希菌(shiga toxin-producing Escherichia coli,STEC)和其他致泻性大肠埃希菌(diarrhoeagenic Escherichia coli,DEC)外部质量控制考核。对考核菌株进行了血清分型、表型分型、基因分型及stx/vtx亚分型等检测并上报结果。根据世界卫生组织(world health organization,WHO)大肠埃希菌和克雷伯菌参比实验室反馈结果进行综合评估。结果在15株菌的14个考核项目中,本实验室有12个项目的考核结果远高于WHO全球食源性感染网络(global foodborne infections network,GFN)成员国的平均成绩(其中10个项目共计150个指标全部正确),另2项超广谱β-内酰胺酶(extended-spectrum beta-lactamases,ESBLs)和β-葡萄糖醛酸苷酶试验的考核结果正确率分别为87%和80%。结论通过参加本次国际外部质量考核,提高了本实验室产志贺毒素大肠埃希菌及其他致泻性大肠埃希菌的检测能力,但表型分型能力还需要提高。
Objective To improve the testing ability of laboratories by participating in the international and international quality control assessment to ensure the accuracy, repeatability and comparability of test results. Methods In 2013, we participated in the fourth external quality control assessment of shiga toxin-producing Escherichia coli (STEC) and other diarrhea-causing Escherichia coli (DEC) strains. Serological typing, phenotyping, genotyping and stx / vtx subtyping were carried out on the test strains and the results were reported. According to the results of feedback from the reference laboratories of the World Health Organization (WHO) in Escherichia coli and Klebsiella, a comprehensive assessment was conducted. Results Out of 14 tests of 15 strains, the results of 12 tests in this laboratory were much higher than those of WHO member countries of the global foodborne infections network (GFN), of which 10 A total of 150 indicators were all correct). The accuracy of the other two tests with extended-spectrum beta-lactamases (ESBLs) and beta-glucuronidase was 87% and 80%, respectively . Conclusion By participating in this international external quality assessment, the detection ability of Shiga toxin-producing Escherichia coli and other diarrheal Escherichia coli in our laboratory has been improved, but the ability of phenotyping needs to be improved.
