利用电化学工作站测试N80和Cr13两种钢在饱和CO_2油田采出液中添加不同浓度的ZK缓蚀剂的腐蚀行为,分析缓蚀剂用量对其腐蚀行为的影响规律,用高温高压反应釜借助失重法和腐蚀形貌观察确定最佳缓蚀剂用量下两种钢的缓蚀性能。结果表明:静态时,N80和Cr13钢在饱和CO_2油田采出液中分别呈现活化和钝化特征,N80钢的ZK缓蚀剂最佳用量为500 m L/L,而Cr13钢则为1 000 m L/L;动态时,N80钢缓蚀效率达97.95%,而Cr13钢则为95.20%。
The electrochemical workstation was used to test the corrosion behaviors of N80 and Cr13 steel in the production of saturated CO_2 oilfield with different concentrations of ZK corrosion inhibitor. The influence of dosage of corrosion inhibitor on the corrosion behavior was analyzed. With the help of high temperature and high pressure reactor Weight loss method and corrosion morphology observation to determine the optimal corrosion inhibitor dosage of the corrosion inhibition properties of the two kinds of steel. The results show that the N80 and Cr13 steels exhibit activation and passivation characteristics respectively in the production fluid of saturated CO_2 field at static state. The optimum dosage of ZK inhibitor for N80 steel is 500 m L / L, while that of Cr13 steel is 1 000 m L / L. In dynamic condition, the corrosion inhibition efficiency of N80 steel was 97.95%, while that of Cr13 steel was 95.20%.
