在教育教学管理中,对于数据的处理与应用,大多数学校还流于表面,难以做到“让数据说话”。如何采取有效策略,正确还原并放大数据分析的教学指导功能,从而促进教与学的改进,是当前学校教育教学管理现代化亟待解决的问题。为顺应教育评价改革大趋势,充分利用大数据,切实开展学习分析与诊断,从而指导和改善教与学的行为,我校在学情报告方面做了大量积极而有效的探索。
In education and teaching management, most schools are superficial to data processing and application, making it difficult to “make data speak”. How to adopt effective strategies to correctly restore and amplify the teaching and guiding functions of data analysis to promote the improvement of teaching and learning is an urgent problem to be solved in the current modernization of teaching and learning in school education. In order to comply with the general trend of reform in education evaluation, make full use of big data, and effectively carry out learning analysis and diagnosis to guide and improve the teaching and learning behaviors, a large number of active and effective explorations have been made in the academic report of our school.
