对29只原发性闭角型青光眼行图像反转视觉诱发电位(PR-VEP)检查。采用亮度相同的黑/白、红、绿、兰刺激方格。视角分别为20'和40'。四种方格均表明原发性闭角型青光眼P波峰潜时明显延长,振幅降低,而不同颜色方格检查结果无显著差异认为因闭角型青光眼病理过程使黄斑区神经节细胞功能障碍所致。在闭角型青光眼组中20'方格测得的PR-VEP异常率高于40'方格,故建议可用小方格PR-VEP作为临床上原发性闭角型青光眼视功能评价的一种方法。
