镁离子对阳离子通道有重要的调节作用,与机体的多种生理功能密切相关。高镁血症或低镁血症可致机体出现多种功能障碍。镁离子可通过与通道蛋白的直接结合、通过酶和G蛋白的间接作用、通过膜表面电荷效应或是通过与膜磷脂的相互作用等方式发挥其对细胞功能的调节作用。本文主要综述离子镁对心肌细胞膜上主要的钾离子通道和钙离子通道的功能调节及其可能机制。
Magnesium ions on the cation channel has an important regulatory role, and the body’s various physiological functions are closely related. Hypermagnesemia or hypomagnesemia can cause multiple dysfunction in the body. Magnesium ions exert their regulatory function on cell function through direct binding to channel proteins, indirect effects by enzymes and G proteins, by membrane surface charge effects, or by interaction with membrane phospholipids. This review summarizes the functional regulation and its possible mechanism of ionic magnesium on the major potassium channel and calcium channel in myocardial cell membrane.
