煤与共伴生资源精准协调开采——以鄂尔多斯盆地煤与伴生特种稀有金属精准协调开采为例

基于国家能源需求、新一轮科技创新及煤与共伴生资源赋存现状,为实现科学技术指导下的煤与伴生资源安全、高效、绿色开采,提出了煤与共伴生资源精准协调开采概念及预留走廊开采技术手段.精准协调开采是以生态资源保护为前提,基于透明空间地球物理技术、多物理场耦合理论,采用数字化、信息化及智能化手段,精确勘探资源赋存环境,利用预留走廊开采技术手段,精准定量确定煤、油、非常规天然气、特种稀有金属、水等叠置资源开发模式,智能生成最优开采技术方案的煤与共伴生资源科学开采方法.本文以鄂尔多斯盆地为例,聚焦煤与伴生特种稀有金属精准协调开采,具体分析开采所涉及的资源间作用、地下水、地表生态、多场动态信息数字化定量与采集传输的关键科学问题,制定精准协调开采安全等级初步评价标准,进一步分析了精准协调开采关键技术,并提出相关举措及建议,对煤与共伴生资源中长期开采具有良好的借鉴意义.
