大庆石化公司600kt/a乙烯装置2012年建成投产,生产乙烯、丙烯等产品。乙烯压缩机一段、二段吸入压力偏离设计值,导致制冷温度偏离、能耗增加。通过分析,出现问题的原因是乙烯压缩机一段、二段负荷分配出现偏差。采取调整预切割塔和脱甲烷塔灵敏板温度、预切割塔回流量以及脱甲烷塔进料冷却器负荷等措施,使乙烯压缩机一段吸入流量从47t/h降低至33t/h,二段吸入流量增加14t/h,乙烯压缩机一、二段负荷分配得到优化,矫正了压力的偏离,稳定了脱甲烷塔的操作。通过对乙烯制冷压缩机一段冷剂用户负荷进行优化调整,降低了一段吸入压力。同时,在二段吸入压力不变的前提下,“三返二”防喘振返回线开度从10%降至5%,实现乙烯制冷压缩机一段、二段负荷优化分配,增加了一段冷剂推动力,稳定了脱甲烷塔操作。
