在北流县清湾镇,利用冬闲稻田1.32亩,进行黄皮牛角尖椒高产栽培试验。采用培育壮苗,10月上旬移栽,苗龄25d;施足基肥,以水调肥,根际、根外施肥与防治病虫害相配合,在12月下旬寒潮到来之前,已建立起大田植株群体“大库强源”的高产架子,并采收了占总产53.76％的菜椒;大田生长期140d.总产4712.1kg.平均亩产3569.77kg,亩产值4421.85元,亩纯收入3941.85元。残枝落叶还田,提高了土壤肥力,次年早稻亩增产86kg,而且少投资18.2元,获得了较好的经济效益。
