引言近年来,随着飞行架次的不断攀升,各个空管分局(站)为了减轻工作负荷,提高安全冗余度,普遍采用了增开扇区的措施。该方法无疑是面对飞行流量迅猛上升,增加安全冗余度的合理应对措施,但也使得管制现场的人员急增。同一个管制现场内,出现多个管制席位。管制现场也有原来依靠管制员个人能力单打独斗的工作模式,进一步发展为依靠团队力量,在各个岗位职责分明的基础上、又能相互配合,并以带班主任为核心的团队
INTRODUCTION In recent years, with the increasing flight sorties, all air traffic control sub-stations (stations) have generally adopted the measures to increase the sector in order to reduce the workload and improve the safety redundancy.
