教育理应使师生都能体味到幸福,但现实中师生的幸福感均不太高。对于严谨抽象的数学而言,数学教学中师生的幸福感水平更是不容乐观。其实,教授数学是数学教师获得幸福感的重要源泉,学习数学也是学生获得幸福感的重要捷径。为使师生的幸福感得以同步提升,教师可在更新教育理念、丰富课堂教学、淡化分数观念、倾听学生心声等方面充分展开工作。初步的创新实践表明,教师的心态积极平和、学生的学习兴趣大大增强、师生关系和谐融洽了,表明师生的幸福感均有了较大程度的提升。
