目的:建立蒙药漆树膏的质量标准.方法:参照《中国药典》相关方法,采用三氯化铁显色反应,鉴定酚类化合物;对漆树膏水分、灰分、浸出物进行检测;采用紫外分光光度法,以没食子酸为对照,在759.5 nm波长下对总分含量进行测定.结果:漆树膏三氯化铁显色反应为阳性;供试品3批样品水分含量在7.89%~9.90%之间,平均值为9.01%;总灰分含量在3.32%~7.91%之间,平均值为6.22%;酸不溶性灰分含量在2.20%~4.16%之间,平均值为3.44%;醇溶性浸出物含量在8.87%~10.49%之间,平均值为9.70%;总酚在0.182~1.254 mg·L-1范围内呈良好的线性关系,该方法平均回收率为99.31%,RSD%为1.55%,总酚含量在17.02~22.35 mg·g-1之间,均含量为19.22 mg·g-1.结论:根据实验结果,制定了蒙药漆树膏药材中水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分、醇溶性浸出物分别不得超过10.0%、8.0%、5.0%和5.0%;总酚含量不得少于5 mg·g-1.本办法可用于蒙药漆树膏药材的质量控制.“,”Objective:To establish quality standard for mongolian medicine Qishugao.Methods:Reference to the Chinese Pharmacopoeia (2015 version four) method using color reaction with ferric chloride,identification of phenolic compounds Qishugao moisture,ash,extracts for testing using ultraviolet spectrophotometry,compared with Gallic acid,under the 759.5 nm wavelength to determination of the total content.Result:Qisgugao ferric chromogenic reaction was positive;The water content of three samples was 7.89%-9.90%,and the average value was 9.01%.The average ash content was 3.32%-7.91%,and the average value was 6.22%.The content of acidinsoluble ash was between 2.20%-4.16%,and the average value was 3.44%;the content of alcoholic soluble extract was between 8.87%-10.49%,and the average was 9.70%;the total phenol content ranged from 0.182-1.254 mg·L-1.The average recovery was 99.31%,and RSD was 1.55%;the total phenol content was between 17.02-22.35 mg·L-1,and the average content was 19.22 mg·L-1.Conclusion:According to the results,developed in Mongolian medicine Qishugao plaster material moisture,total ash and acid-insoluble ash,alcohol-soluble extract should not have 10.0%,8.0%,5.0% and 5.0%;total phenol content shall not be less than 5 mg·L-1.This approach can be used for Mongolian medicine Qishugao medicinal quality control.
