目的将信息化管理应用到犬伤门诊管理工作中，规范犬伤处置流程。方法对急诊科犬伤患者的就诊流程、医生犬伤病例填报、护士执行注射及登记、防保科质控及信息汇总进行信息化管理。结果改变犬伤门诊的工作模式，减轻了急诊工作人员的工作压力。结论通过信息化管理在犬伤门诊中的应用，进一步完善了狂犬疫苗的接种流程，保证了狂犬疫苗的安全接种，有效的减少了工作人员的压力。“,”Objective To apply informatization management to management of Rabies Wound Disposal of Outpatient Services in order to regulate processes of the disposal of rabies.Methods Treatment process for emergency injury patients,doctors'reports for rabies cases,injections and registrations performed by Nurses,quality control from Preventive Care Department and other information were col ected to fulfil informatization management.Results The operating mode of Rabies Wound Disposal of Outpatient Service was changed and the working pressure on emergency staf was relieved. Conclusion Through the applications of informatization management in Rabies Wound Disposal of Outpatient Service,the rabies vaccination process has been improved,which ensures the safety of vaccination and ef ectively relieves pressure on staf .
