针对在聘合同制护士队伍中存在的问题,对110名在聘合同制护士的择业动机、职业心态、未来设想进行调查,发现他们的择业动机复杂,存有理想和现实的冲突,对未来缺乏信心。提出应加强合同制护士的管理,优化合同制护士的择业动机,满足合同制护士的尊重需求,提高合同制护士的职业素质,引导合同制护士的自我认同。
In view of the problems existing in the employment of contract nurses, a survey of 110 job-hunting motives, occupational attitudes, and future visions of contract-employed nurses was found. They found that their motives for job selection were complex and there was a conflict between ideals and reality. The future was lacking. confidence. It is proposed that the management of contract nurses should be strengthened, the motivation of job hunting for contract nurses should be optimized, the needs of contract nurses should be respected, the professional quality of contract nurses should be improved, and the contract nurses should be self-identified.
