实验以大白菜“唐山两用系”的无菌籽苗为接种材料。在附加激素的MS培养基上诱导幼芽形成,建立单株无性系。经过花期鉴定选出雄性不育的单株无性系进行继代培养和繁殖,为杂交制种提供雄性不育的亲本材料。试管苗繁殖力较强,生根容易,移栽成活率高,在田间能正常生长、开花、结实。
Experiment with Chinese cabbage “Tangshan dual-purpose” sterile seedlings for the inoculation material. Sprout formation was induced on hormone-supplemented MS medium to establish a single clone. The anthers of male sterile lines were selected to be subcultured and propagated after anthesis to provide male sterile parental material for hybrid seed production. Test tube seedlings strong reproductive capacity, easy rooting, transplanting survival rate, the normal growth in the field, flowering, strong.
