目的:建立一种测定降糖类中药制剂及保健品中添加11种化学药的超高效液相-串联四级杆质谱方法。方法:使用超高效液相-串联四极杆质谱的多反应监测(MRM)模式测定。以Waters ACQUITY UPLCTM BEH C18(2.1mm×100mm,1.7μm)色谱柱进行分离,甲醇-10mmol·L-1醋酸铵溶液梯度洗脱,流速:0.2mL·min-1。离子化模式:ESI+。结果:11种化学药测定的线性范围在0.5~200.0μg·L-1之间,r分别在0.9976~0.9997之间,检出浓度分别在0.1~3.6ng·g-1之间,3个水平的回收率分别在90.0%~118.7%间。结论:该方法快速、准确、灵敏,可用于降糖类中药制剂及保健品中添加11种化学药的测定。
OBJECTIVE: To establish an ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem quadrupole mass spectrometry method for the determination of hypoglycemic agents and health products with 11 chemicals added. Method: Multiple Reaction Monitoring (MRM) mode determination using ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem quadrupole mass spectrometry. The separation was performed on a Waters ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18 (2.1 mm × 100 mm, 1.7 μm) column with a gradient of methanol-10 mmol·L -1 ammonium acetate at a flow rate of 0.2 mL · min -1. Ionization mode: ESI +. Results: The linear range of the 11 chemical reagents was between 0.5 and 200.0 μg · L-1, r between 0.9976 and 0.9997, and the linear range was between 0.1 and 3.6 ng · g-1 and three levels The recoveries were between 90.0% and 118.7%. Conclusion: The method is rapid, accurate and sensitive and can be used for the determination of 11 chemical drugs added to hypoglycemic Chinese medicine preparations and health products.
